Subject : Request for continuation of contract for district accountant in ahmadnagar district in macp project under the PIU-MSAMB

 Respected sir, 

As per above subject, I request you for gives guidelines to Nodal officer of macp project under the PIU-MSAMB tomake continuation of contract for the same. In the above possession of district accountant in ahmadnagar district , I have worked from 10/1/2011 to 15/1/2015 on contract basis. This is 1st phase district which is selected for development. After completion of contract period nodal officer has issued discontinuation order of contract for the same and appointed new person for the same. In the ahmadnagar district I have handled 24 Rural haats, 3 APMC and 1 LSM for development and billing in macp project. In the view of reports IUFR, Audit internal and external there is no variances and no audit objections, all reports are clear and showing progress of project from last 4 years. I also make request to nodal officer for continuation of contract for district accountant in ahmadnagar district in macp project under the PIU-MSAMB, but the nodal officer rejected request with the reason of project 1st going to wind up and all contracts of employee should terminated. But actual status seen this another district of 1st phase Aurangabad, amarvati, beed, akola and parbhani are continued in work and district accountants contracts are carried out. From 26/11/2014 to 15/1/2015 I gone on medical leave , my left hand injured and fracture with small accident while travel for project work. For this I have apply to medical leave suggested give the charge to another district account till recover from injury and health. But Head office appointed Mr.Avhad for constitution. It’s very shocking and injustice thing for me, because I make my service very sincerely. I request you please help me for making continuation of contract for district accountant in ahmadnagar district .
